  • 100g halloumi cheese 

  • 1 tbsp sesame oil 

  • 2 garlic cloves

  • 1 ½ cup of vegetable broth 

  • ¼ cup single cream 

  • 1 scallion 

  • 2 bird eye chillies  

  • 1 egg

Method

  1. Slice the halloumi and pan-fry over medium-high heat for 3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown. Transfer to a bowl and set aside.

  2. Boil the eggs for 7 minutes to achieve the perfect jammy texture. Transfer to iced water and peel once cooled.
