Tortellini parmesan crisps
A great cheesy and tasty pasta snack!
These crispy and cheesy airfryer Parmesan tortellini are an addictive and easy snack to make. They are delicious just on their own but you can also serve them with some tomato marinara sauce or even a parmesan dip, because there isn’t such a thing as too much cheese. I love having these as a snack but they also make a great party food or appetiser.
The best part is that these pasta crips get really crispy without the need for deep drying or lots of oil. You only need 10min of cooking and an arifryer but they can also be made in the oven with very similar results.
You can really use any tortellini flavour you like and switch them up although personally I love to use pumpkin & pinenut or truffle mushroom tortellini for this particular recipe.
